Ti4 Evil Black 10'
Are you a real bad boy? A villain who wants to spread fear amongst fish and fellow fisherman? Look no further! If Darth Vader had a fly rod this would be the one. The color black dominates with gorgeous red ferrule trimming to give it that final Evil touch.
The original idea for this color combination came from Marc “the Limp Cobra” Fauvet.
The Ti4 10' blank:
10’ 4 weights became a new standard in the last couple of years. New technologies make these long rods light enough to enjoy using them the whole day long. The extra length makes the 10’ rods very versatile. The Ti4 10’ has a very light overall and swing weight, these are probably the lightest 10’ 4 weight rods on the market. True to weight lines are a great match, short casts with only a couple of feet of fly line out of the tip top are not a problem. Of course most will use these rods on bigger rivers where long casts are essential. The Ti4 is up to the task, it will help you to keep control over these long casts.
The greatest advantage of the 10’ rods is the ability to manipulate the line on the water with ease and hook fish more effectively on long slack line casts with dry flies.
The Ti4 10’ is a great euro nymphing rod too, especially if you are after bigger fish and bigger flies are used.
